Biography

Houda Koussa, PhD

Houda Koussa is the founder and managing director of Archers, a brand and research consultancy agency. She has a proven track record in developing data based actionable marketing and advertising solutions.

Houda carries 14 years of actual business professional experience on multinational accounts, TV channels and other categories: MBC Group, Rotana Group, Dubai TV, Abu Dhabi TV, Future TV, OSN, ART, Bank Audi, MTN, QNB, Red Bull, General Motors.Houda Manages research projects & guides communication planners develop effective strategies based on actionable insights.

Before Archers, Houda spent 6 years at Starcom Media Vest Group where she founded Business Compass, the first research consultancy unit in a media agency in the region. Her in-depth knowledge of the media is underpinned with a PhD in Mass Communication.

Houda’s main edge is in the TV sector: Currently she is a member of the technical committee of the Tview project in UAE representing MBC Group.
